Eating is what we do everyday to make us active and function to do things. There are lots of healthy foods that many people eat to make them healthy and free from obesity. Unfortunately there are many people who are obese mainly because of their bad diet.
Throughout the UK in 2022, 29% of adults were living with obesity and 64% were overweight. Between 2022 and 2023, 32% of men and 24% of women between 16 - 24 years were obese or overweight. Unhealthy eating could lead to diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure and cancer. A simple fix is to change your eating habits to have more healthy foods in your diet and cut out the unhealthy foods. Alongside that you can exercise by going gym or a home workout routine with a schedule so that the unhealthy food habits don't come back.
